Before you get started using Gradient, there's a few things you should keep in mind.

It's Powerful Software

This is powerful software, in other words it can do a lot for you. An awful lot in fact. You'll need a hand to get the most out of it, but we offer a very personalised service so don't be a stranger. Keep in touch and we'll help you get the very most out of it.

Adaptable

We've designed the system to be adaptable. So if you have a good idea for a new feature to make life easier, a button that would speed things up, or anything else then please let us know. If your idea would benefit most users, then we'll incorporate it into the system.

Support

We are here to help. One-to-one phone support to get you started, to get you working more quickly, and to get the most out of Gradient. There's a huge amount to learn about this piece of software, so keep in touch. What's the best way to do this, or the most efficient way to do that.... if you don't ask then we can't help you, so keep in touch. A lot.

Efficient work-flow comes as standard

We know chalets, inside and out. Our system has a work-flow built in that's been tried and tested over many years. Let us help you get the most out of this by keeping in touch and chatting about the work flow ideas.

Still Developing and Improving

This current incarnation of the software went online in Sept 2012, and has been used continually by chalet companies since then, so it's had a good test. We are still developing continuously and you'll see changes and improvements coming on line all the time.

You can be involved. If you want to shape the way it goes then just let us know what would be important to you, and we'll do our best to add that into the system.

There'll still be the odd bug though, so if you see any please do let us know.
